Shipping Zones We currently ship to customers within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days ($5.99)
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days ($12.99)
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days ($19.99)
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75

Order Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and selected shipping method. All shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

International Shipping For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and will be collected upon delivery.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your package arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with our shipping carriers to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

Address Changes Address changes can only be made before your order ships. Once shipped, we cannot redirect packages to a different address.
